How do I inflate and deflate the paddleboard using a hand pump?

Inflation
1. Connect the pump hose to the hand pump.
2. Rotate the spool of the air valve counterclockwise to close the air valve, and connect the pump hose to the air valve.
3. Move the hand pump handle up and down to inflate the SUP until the barometer on the pump rises to 15 psi.
4. Remove the pump hose from the air valve and close the air valve cap.
Deflation
Rotate the spool of the air valve clockwise to open air valve, and the SUP will automatically deflate.

Dismantling
How to fold the SUP?
Close Me
Deflate the SUP completely using the air valve. Remove the fin and fold the body of the SUP starting from the extremity without the air valve. Put the folded SUP in the specific storage bag.
