It also has an LED light, so that it can still be used during the night.

1. Place the main body of the swim fitness system on the top rail of the pool, adjust the support plate, and fix it to the pool wall.
2. Tighten the screw on the main body to fix the body to the pool frame.
3. Adjust the upper and lower telescopic rods so that the water level of the swim fitness system is flush with the water surface.
4. Connect the power cord on the main body of the swim fitness system to the transformer and tighten the power cord fixing nut. Then plug into the power source to use

1. Fix the base to the edge of the pool with the expansion screws.
2. Place the main body of the swim fitness system on the base, adjust the support plate, and fix it to the pool wall.
3. Adjust the upper and lower telescopic rods so that the water level of the swim fitness system is flush with the water surface.
4. Tighten the screw on the mian body to fix the body with the base, and use a screwdriver to lock the main body and base fixing screws.
5. Connect the power cord on the main body of the swim fitness system to the transformer and tighten the power cord fixing nut. Then plug into the power source to use.

3. Loosen the fixing screws on the main body.
4. Finally, remove the swim fitness system from the pool.

How do I use swim fitness system?

To use the swim fitness system, follow the below steps:
1. Press the start button in standby mode to enter free mode. Press the “+/-” button to increase or decrease the water flow speed.
2. Press and hold the distance mode button in any state to enter the distance mode setting interface, and the m/yd indicator will flash. Press the “+/-” button to increase or decrease the parameter.
3. Press and hold the calorie counter mode button in any state to enter the calorie consumption mode setting interface, and the calorie consumption mode button indicator will flash. Press the “+/-” button to increase or decrease the parameter.
4. Press and hold the timer mode button in any state to enter the timing mode setting interface, and the timing mode button indicator will flash. Press the “+/-” button to increase or decrease the parameter.
5. In all cases except the standby state, press the stop button to clear the current data and the machine will enter the standby state.
