Bestway ranked first in the “Garden and Pools” category, thanks to the outstanding quality of our customer service, both online and offline.
This award is the result of a survey of over 15,000 consumers in Italy, which took place between March and April 2025. Respondents were asked to rate the quality of customer service provided by companies they had interacted with in the last three years.
A total of over 240,000 ratings were collected.
The “Italy's Best Customer Service” ranking analyzes and compares hundreds of brands in 141 product categories, providing greater transparency and helping consumers make better-informed decisions. It is an important benchmark for Italian consumers, who can then quickly identify the brands offering the best customer support and service.
